Please carefully review your order before confirming your purchase. All sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any products or services sold through our website. However in case a wrong product has been shipped to you, in that case, we will accept the return at our cost and replace it with the right product.

We do not offer returns on the products as the fresh hair and beauty care products are perishable and have a low shelf life. Once open, it cannot be repacked or resold. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
